WHY Agricultural production is very challenging in Lebanon. The Nejmet El Sobeh women’s cooperative in Mheidthe is experiencing growing export challenges and limited market access to generate higher revenues. The cooperative is specialised in fair trade agricultural food processing using natural and locally produced ingredients producing jams or syrups. Through supporting market diversification overseas, the women’s cooperative will boost its production potential and develop their capacities and sustainability.

HOW This project will facilitate the development of new market channels for the cooperative through shipping support and marketing services for increased branding visibility. For this purpose, a new printing machine for the production of Lebanese labels, assistance in branding technique such as photography and brochure design will be provided. Go the CHANGE page to make a difference!
