WHY		The current market of the dairy products by the Halba cooperative reaches the villages of Shfet, Qaitaa, and Joumeh in Akkar. However, the cooperative has the opportunity to widen its market and to be more competitive through improving its equipment and acquiring new materials. Additional refrigerated storage is needed to keep larger amounts of milk used in dairy products. Furthermore, the cooperative needs two appropriate vans to collect and transport its products in the rural areas.
